A Tale of Two Queen Cities will explore the impacts of Latino immigration upon the cultural landscapes of two distinct but related locations: Charlotte, NC and Los Angeles, CA. This project will organize a group of UNC-Charlotte students to create a digital mural parallel to those created by students at Woodbury College in California.

I took the literal people and symbols of LOS ANGELES and included them into the composition.
Overall good direction. I'm not comfortable with the 'gangsta' rep. I feel this is a misrepresentation of Angelinos. Yes, it exist. In fact, I have cousins who fit the bill (especially my cousin Snake, but we don't talk about him). I'm not one for censorship, I think it's unamerican, but I am a fan of exploration and serendipity. It feel like these images are 'forced' and are not organic.
