A Tale of Two Queen Cities will explore the impacts of Latino immigration upon the cultural landscapes of two distinct but related locations: Charlotte, NC and Los Angeles, CA. This project will organize a group of UNC-Charlotte students to create a digital mural parallel to those created by students at Woodbury College in California.
Nice! I see it as a 'primered' canvas with many layers yet to materialize.
As it stands now, the F,M +B (foreground, middleground and background) is not clear. Everything exist on one plane. Also, I think the composition is a bit 'too' classical (if that's your point then well taken, but somehow I think LA is non-classical by nature. Well, those are just a few comments, forgive my stubborn 'painterly' comments.
