A Tale of Two Queen Cities will explore the impacts of Latino immigration upon the cultural landscapes of two distinct but related locations: Charlotte, NC and Los Angeles, CA. This project will organize a group of UNC-Charlotte students to create a digital mural parallel to those created by students at Woodbury College in California.

Hello Charlotte
I wanted to create a little depth and leave room for the other members of team eagle to get down. There is an aeronautical theme going on in this rendition, a nod to NC (first in flight).
Wow! There are some true gems in there. I particularly like the revamped 'original' image of LA. Interesting use of the 'copy' button, but is there a logic to the repetition? Kitty Hawk, you say, hmmm, well, ok. A nod is fine, but a sex change? I guess that's for the next person to figure out. I must tell you Clinton (Asada), I like the fact that you took the image out to the wood shed and... ...but I think the next rounds will be more of an editing phase.
