A Tale of Two Queen Cities will explore the impacts of Latino immigration upon the cultural landscapes of two distinct but related locations: Charlotte, NC and Los Angeles, CA. This project will organize a group of UNC-Charlotte students to create a digital mural parallel to those created by students at Woodbury College in California.

Eric,
I think you took the clues that Clinton provided you and went to a good place. Although I am a big fan of 'graffiti LA', in this image, is it alienating other parts of LA? What does graffiti mean and why does it exist? Graffiti is big in parts of Europe (again, why does it penetrate urban centers?) Don't get me wrong, I like it, I'm just wondering if we can use it in a 'contructive' manner in which a larger audience will be able to engage. Always remember your audience.
I guess this is a task for the next person to tackle.

The more I look at the image, the more I like it. You could have not gotten to this place without the previous authors. And Clinton provided you 'wings' to venture into unstable terrain.
I like the changes a lot. The geometry was energetic but it wasn't so alive with symbolism as it is now.
