A Tale of Two Queen Cities will explore the impacts of Latino immigration upon the cultural landscapes of two distinct but related locations: Charlotte, NC and Los Angeles, CA. This project will organize a group of UNC-Charlotte students to create a digital mural parallel to those created by students at Woodbury College in California.

Hey, we're leaving for our conference, so I'm having somebody put my file on the server for Meghan tonight and I'll e-mail Ronna about getting her file on Monday. But otherwise, swap away!
2 cents from the peanut gallery:
I think the mixing of analog and digital technology is a step in the right direction. For me it is a metaphor as to the current quagmire there we're in (immigration debate). Wow, I've never used that word in a sentence, cool.
I do think that the images are merging too much and some images should be brought forth (don't forget the Gestalt), while some are ok to be left in the background, and thus muddy is good. Just comments from the analog corner, but I think that an understanding of foreground, middleground, and background are still 'key' in the pursuit of good image making.
