Speaking of Monkeys, I wanted to let the group know that we (Queencity West) will be having our 'grand critique' on Saturday November 17th at 12:00noon and GRONK (a bad-ass downtown LA artist) will be helping us out with the review. The review will be held at Jaguarland Studios (my studio in Pico).
We will be sending you the images shortly after that.
As for these images, I think they are both 'loaded' on the left and the right seems to lack 'gestalt'. But this comment stems from the impressionist school (school of dead french guys), so it may be irrelevant to your quest.
